45th FSS Sand and Surf Family Beach Event

USO Central Florida is honored to support the 45th Force Support Squadron (FSS) Sand and Surf Beach Family Event at Patrick Space Force Base, bringing together nearly 500 active duty service members and their families for a fun-filled beach celebration. The event features games, friendly competition, great food, and opportunities to relax and connect—all in celebration of kicking off Summer 2026. The USO will enhance the experience by providing popcorn, snacks, hydration drinks, and interactive competitive games for attendees of all ages.

Events like Sand and Surf create meaningful opportunities for military families to step away from daily stressors and simply enjoy time together. For many, especially those far from extended family or navigating the challenges of military life, these moments of connection, laughter, and community are critical. By supporting this event, the USO helped foster resilience, strengthen relationships, and reinforce a sense of belonging—especially important during Military Appreciation Month as we recognize the sacrifices made by service members and their families.
