Explosive Ordnance Disposal annual memorial workout and Safety Standdown Day

Breakfast sandwiches, water and fruit for the annual Air Force Explosive Ordnance Disposal Safety Standdown Day that starts off with the annual EOD memorial workout to honor the 345 fallen EOD tech from the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines. Both the memorial workout and safety day are a force-wide event traditionally throughout the month of November. During this day we discuss lessons learned and the different pillars of health and wellness. The fitness event to honor the fallen will be held at the outdoor fitness center on base and take 30-45 minutes per team with a staggered start.
