New Troop Arrivals

Pensacola International Airport receives hundreds of incoming Marine’s and Sailors each week, arriving from Boot camp to begin A-School. These arrivals come in hungry, tired, and looking for guidance on their next step. This is where USO volunteers step in. Knowing the arrival schedule ahead of time, volunteers greet the arrivals, escort them to baggage claim, where they ensure they all have their luggage, then escort them to a bus waiting to take them to NASP. New troops are sent off with a warm welcome to Pensacola and a goody bag filled with treats and information on the USO on base.
